Seminar on French Bio Clusters

The Economic Department of the French Embassy in Tokyo will hold a seminar on the French Bio Clusters during "Bio Japan 2008" in Yokohama on October 16th.

Representatives of 7 French Bio Clusters will come to Japan to attend the event and give a presentation of the projects currently carried out by the clusters.

IFA launches its 2nd European Attractiveness Scoreboard in the United States in October

The 2nd edition of the European Attractiveness Scoreboard (EAS) will be presented by the president of IFA, Philippe Favre and his German counterpart of Invest in Germany during a roadshow in the United States at the beginning of October.

The EAS aims to put forward Europe as a destination for foreign investment in comparison to other regions of the world on various sectors of activity based on a number of criteria such as economy, market vitality, R&D, business environment, sustainable development, etc.

Philippe Favre and Michael Pfeiffer will present the 2nd European Attractiveness Scoreboard to prestigious universities in three U.S. cities: Los Angeles, Palo Alto and Seattle on the 6th, 8th and 10th of October.
