The COSPE (Comité d’orientation et de suivi des projets étrangers) Project Steering Committee acts as a link between IFA and various French regions by relaying information to regional partners to enable them to compete for investment projects that can be successfully implanted into their local business landscape. The COSPE examines the list of new projects and distributes weekly project summaries to the regions involved.

IFA acts as your contact with French authorities. We identify your needs and facilitate your contact with administrative authorities and public services, including: ministries, embassies, consulates, the DIACT Inter-ministerial delegation for regional development and competitiveness (Délégation Inter-ministérielle à l’Aménagement et à la Compétivité des Territoires), Prefectures (the French police) and local authorities (chambers of commerce, economic and social councils, etc.).

Attracting investors to France involves meeting them on their home ground in order to better understand their expectations, requirements and culture. IFA has 22 offices around the world, and is also represented in other countries by the Economic Relations Sections of French Embassies, with the objectives and service methods being complementary.
