Breakfast seminar in Stockholm: "How to do business in France"

IFA launches its 2nd European Attractiveness Scoreboard in the United States in October

The 2nd edition of the European Attractiveness Scoreboard (EAS) will be presented by the president of IFA, Philippe Favre and his German counterpart of Invest in Germany during a roadshow in the United States at the beginning of October.
The EAS aims to put forward Europe as a destination for foreign investment in comparison to other regions of the world on various sectors of activity based on a number of criteria such as economy, market vitality, R&D, business environment, sustainable development, etc.
Philippe Favre and Michael Pfeiffer will present the 2nd European Attractiveness Scoreboard to prestigious universities in three U.S. cities: Los Angeles, Palo Alto and Seattle on the 6th, 8th and 10th of October.

International Motor Show IAA 2008 in Hanover

The 62nd International Motor Show (IAA) Commercial Vehicles will take place in Hanover, Germany from 25 September to 2 October 2008.
A French pavilion organized by UBIFRANCE and Invest in France Agency will distribute information packets to visitors and show a video of the advantages that France has to offer.
The number of expected exhibitors is around 2,000 this year, which is 25 percent more than in the record year 2006.

InnoTrans 2008 in Berlin

InnoTrans 2008, the International Trade Fair on Transport Technology will take place on September 23-26, 2008 in Berlin, Germany.
A French pavilion organized by UBIFRANCE and Invest in France Agency will distribute information packets to visitors and show a video of the advantages that France has to offer.
With a large number of reference projects and over 220 transport technology firms, Berlin is the main focus of Germany's transport engineering industry and an ideal venue for InnoTrans. The following products will be on display: Railway Technology, Interiors, Infrastructure, Public Transport, Transport IT, Services, and Tunnel Construction.
InnoTrans 2006 attracted 64,422 trade visitors from 109 countries – 40 % increase from 2004. More than 70,000 trade visitors from all over the world are expected to attend this year’s event.

SMM 2008, the 23rd International Shipbuilding Trade Fair will take place on September 23-26, 2008 in Hambourg, Germany.

SMM 2006 attracted over 46,946 trade visitors from more than 100 countries. Over 1,600 exhibitors from 50 countries and 47,000 visitors across the globe are expected to attend this year’s event.
