Vegepolys Cluster

Situated in the west of France in the Pays-de-la-Loire between Saumur and Nantes on the banks of the Loire, the ‘Végépolys’ cluster specialises in four different areas: Seeds, Market gardening, Medicinal and aromatic plants and Arboriculture.

The cluster has established 4 strategic aims for its development policy:

  • the Creation of new varieties and Varietal Innovation
  • improving the health of seeds and plant
  • Vegetables and Health
  • the Countryside and Horticulture
