enterprise here, and the cluster has developed onboard electronics for a broad range of airplanes.

Objectives
- Position the cluster as leader in the fields of industrial solutions for design, management and maintenance of complex computer systems in 4 target markets: Telecommunications, Automotive & Transportation, Security & Defense, System Design & Development Tools.
- Develop economic activity and employment:
- Create industrial and service companies: fixed objective of around fifteen start-ups with high growth potential per year
- Recruitment of research scientists, particularly by attracting the R&D centers of international companies in this field: recruitment objective of 4 000 research scientists per year
