> Quiksilver Inaugurates Expanded European Headquarters in France
Quiksilver, textile specialist for slippery sports, inaugurated the expansion of its European headqurters in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, France. The 14,000 square meter building constructed to meet High Environmental Quality regulations, symbolized the company's new plans for the European market.
The 16 million-euro expansion, which was envisioned as a campus, will enable the company to welcome and provide specific visibility to each of its brands (Roxy, Quiksilver, DC Shoes, Lib Technology, Hawk).
The European headquarters employs a team of 500 from 15 different countries and is the exclusive product conception center for the company's "snow" products worldwide.
The third “Brazilian Investors’ Club” summit, organized by the IFA, was held at the prestigious Palais Brongniart on December 13, 2011.
